As you may have already seen from my previous blog post, everything that I post on my blog is purposely designed to help network marketers become a better person or become a better business person. So when I found this article written by Julie Raines on the OpenForum.com website, I knew in my heart that this article would help people in business and in life. What really impressed me the most about this article was how simple it is to inspire network marketers once you have knowledge of how to go about inspiring them. Although this article was written for business people in general, the principles taught in this article can easily be implemented into building a successful network marketing business.
Here Are The 7 Ways You Can Inspire Network Marketers…
1. Support – Provide support to help your downline get through tough times
2. Teach – Help your downline overcome the learning curve by teaching with a hands-on approach
3. Confront – Be willing to say something to your downline if you notice inappropriate behavior that prohibits success or growth
4. Divide and Conquer – Be willing to coach your downline to dissect and eliminate barriers to success one-by-one
5. Confess – Be willing to confess mistakes that you made to your downline
6. Challenge – Encourage your downline to move out of their comfort zone to grow
7. Step Back – Never force your downline to change, but allow them time freedom to change
Julie Raines is a Senior Writer for WiseBread who’s cutting-edge insight into personal finance is worth the time to review. I know there is a hugh buzz on the Internet these days surrounding Google’s new social media platform Google+. It would be unwise to think that Google+ will dethrone Facebook, with it’s 750+ million users, anytime soon. However, Google + may have a chance to steal a good portion of Facebook’s brand users with the introduction of Google+ brand pages. If you have a brand that you are promoting on Facebook, you might want to take a look at Zeny Huang of Mashable.com published article on this subject.
4 major reasons why Google+ Brand Pages Could Be Better Than Facebook’s
1. Better Search Opportunities
2. More Customization
3. Better Analytics
4. Google Can Learn from Facebook
What I liked most about what I understood from reading this well written article is Google+ has the chance to be a major player in the paid advertisement game compared to Facebook. Although, it is to early to declare a winner in the paid advertisement social media race, I am sure both Google+ and Facebook will push each other to become better advertising platforms.
Zeny Huang wrote an easy to read article that explains more in depth information of what Google+ will be offering their subscribers that is worth checking out. You can connect with her on Twitter @Zenidala
